The Council of the European Union today announced the extension of the restrictive measures against Syria until June 1, 2025 under the pretext of the continued deterioration of the situation in Syria.
According to Anatoly, currently, sanctions have been imposed on 316 individuals and 86 entities in Syria, and all of them are subject to the freezing of assets and the prohibition of receiving funds from EU citizens and companies.
In addition, people on the blacklist are prohibited from entering or passing through the territory of the European Union.
