Ex-sponsor of Israeli team aids Gaza children.

According to the Zionist newspaper Israel Hum, the Pro Kit club, the sponsor of the Israeli cycling team Premier Tech, has put up a collection of the team’s clothing for sale and announced that it will donate the proceeds to the United Nations World Food Program for the benefit of children in Gaza.

It is said that the sale of the team’s clothing for the benefit of the people of Gaza was done with the aim of restoring the company’s international image. The move has provoked mixed reactions among social media users; some have considered it a positive step towards humanitarian aid, while others have described it as an attempt to restore its lost international image.

This move came after the company, the main financial sponsor of the cycling team, was forced to end its cooperation with the team last month following a season of pressure from international supporters of Palestine protesting the Zionist regime’s genocide in Gaza.

Premier Tech added that despite the cycling team’s decision to change its name and remove the name Israel from its jerseys for the upcoming 2026 season, pro-Palestinian protesters have continued to demand that the team be removed from the competition.

Earlier in September, thousands of Palestinian fans chanted and waved Palestinian flags during the Vuelta a España cycling race in Madrid, stopping Israeli cyclists and demanding the removal of the Israeli team.

The team, owned by Silvan Adams, a Canadian-Israeli real estate developer close to Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, has previously been targeted by Palestinian supporters during two other major races, the Giro d’Italia and the Tour de France.

Last week, a company called Never Say Never was announced as the new sponsor of the Israeli cycling team, and the team will be registered in Switzerland with some changes.
