Exchanging curses and insults at Netanyahu’s office security meeting.
According to Rossiya El-Youm, a security meeting in the office of Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu witnessed intense verbal clashes, accompanied by swearing and insults, between prominent security officials and ministers of the regime.
During this meeting, the issue of how to handle the prisoner exchange case and the conflict with the Hamas movement was discussed.
This is while the crisis of distrust between Netanyahu, Ronen Bar, head of the Shin Bet security service, and Nitzan Allon, who is in charge of the prisoner exchange case in the Israeli army, continues, so much so that Netanyahu has insulted Bar and Allon and questioned their analytical skills.
He had previously changed the Israeli negotiating team in an unprecedented move.
At this meeting, Ron Dermer, a minister close to Netanyahu, said that Hamas cannot be tolerated under any circumstances. On the other hand, Allon emphasized that opposing negotiations with Hamas would stop the prisoner exchange process. These discussions and arguments ultimately led to verbal clashes.
