Ezzat Al-Rishq: Netanyahu is responsible for the starvation of Israeli Hostages.

According to the Palestinian news agency Shehab, Izzat al-Rishq, a Hamas leader, said that the resistance fighters treat their prisoners based on religious teachings and human values, and feed them the same food they eat and the same water they drink.

He added: “The world has witnessed how in previous prisoner exchanges, the prisoners of the occupation regime were in perfect physical and mental health, but today they suffer from hunger, emaciation and weight loss; just like our people in the Gaza Strip.”

Al-Rishq continued: “The severe siege imposed by Netanyahu on the people of Gaza has also affected the Zionist prisoners, and they have not been spared from terrible hunger.”

This senior Hamas member said: “We regret that hunger has reached the Zionist prisoners; but Netanyahu and his racist cabinet are fully responsible for this situation, Because they unleashed a war of hunger and thirst against the people of Gaza, and the effects of this war also reached the Zionist prisoners.

The Qassam Brigades, the military wing of Hamas, released a new video on Saturday about the Zionist prisoners in Gaza, titled “They Eat What We Eat.”

In this video, the Qassam Brigades, while comparing the situation of Palestinian children and civilians in Gaza as a result of famine and hunger, and the situation of the Zionist prisoners in Gaza, announced that the Zionist prisoners eat and drink the same food that the people of Gaza eat and drink.

The Qassam Brigades video emphasized that the Israeli prisoners were supposed to be released within the framework of an agreement, but the Zionist occupation regime decided to starve them.

Part of the video features statements by Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and Public Security Minister Itamar Ben-Gvir, who insist on continuing the bombing and starving of the people of Gaza, ignoring the plight of their captives.

The video, which shows an Israeli captive in critical condition, has sparked widespread reactions on social media. Many users have seen the scene as a clear reflection of the depth of the humanitarian catastrophe in the Gaza Strip, a region that has been under a severe siege for months and whose residents are struggling with famine and hunger.
