FBI agents raid John Bolton’s home.

FBI agents raided the Washington home of John Bolton, former national security adviser to US President Donald Trump.

According to American sources, the action was taken as part of a high-level investigation into US national security.

A Trump administration official told the Washington Post that federal agents raided Bolton’s Maryland home at 7 a.m. on the orders of the new FBI Bureau of Investigation.

The FBI official wrote on his personal page on X (formerly Twitter) after the security agency’s forces entered John Bolton’s home: “No one is above the law, FBI agents are on a mission.”

Bolton was previously accused of using classified information in his famous book “The Room Where It Happened,” published in 2020, which was about Bolton’s memoirs during his time in the White House.

According to the report, Trump repeatedly tried to prevent the publication of the book, claiming that Bolton had violated a non-disclosure agreement. Ultimately, Trump’s efforts to prevent the publication of Bolton’s book went nowhere.

Since then, the differences between Bolton and Trump have become public, and he has repeatedly criticized Trump’s policies in the areas of national security and foreign policy on various news networks.
