PNN – The Minister of Foreign Affairs of Pakistan, emphasizing the importance of his country’s brotherly relations with the Islamic Republic of Iran, said: The upcoming visit of the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Islamic Republic of Iran, Amir Abdullahian, to Islamabad will be a step towards strengthening the anti-terrorism cooperation between the two neighbors.
Jalil Abbas Jilani said on Thursday on the sidelines of the international climate crisis conference at the think tank of regional studies in Islamabad during a conversation with IRNA reporter: Pakistan enjoys very close and fraternal relations with Iran.
He said that Iran’s Foreign Minister Hossein Amirabdollahian was invited for an official visit to Pakistan last week, and the two countries will use this opportunity to strengthen the framework of bilateral relations.

Jilani emphasized that Pakistan is looking forward to the results of the upcoming visit of the Iranian Foreign Minister to Islamabad in order to strengthen bilateral cooperation, especially in the field of fighting terrorism.
He added that the relations between Iran and Pakistan are very close in various areas and the handling of issues between them is very close and I am very pleased with the upcoming visit of my brother Mr. Amir Abdullahian to Islamabad.
The Pakistani Express Tribune newspaper wrote today in a report quoting high-ranking diplomatic sources in Islamabad that the Iranian Foreign Minister’s visit will help formulate the future strategy of the two countries in dealing with insecurities on the common borders and fighting the common challenge of terrorism.
