Former Israeli Army Chief of Staff: Netanyahu Doesn’t Know How to End the War.

According to Al Jazeera, Gadi Eisenkot, former chief of staff of the Israeli army, added: Netanyahu does not want to end the Gaza war and does not even know how to end it, because he has the illusion of complete victory.

He emphasized: Netanyahu prevented agreements and played with the equations of negotiations, which caused the prisoners not to be released alive.

Eisenkot had previously said that the army’s entry into Gaza City was a strategic folly.

The Israeli media added that Eisenkot believes that entering Gaza City will not mean an immediate solution to the conflict with Hamas and that the Israeli army is currently under inappropriate leadership.

The Israeli news agency “Walla” also claimed in a report quoting Israeli military sources that the Israeli army is using 70,000 soldiers in its plan for a ground attack on Gaza.

According to these sources, this number is expected to increase in the next stage.

The Israeli army announced last Tuesday that it has launched a new phase of Operation Gideon’s Chariots 2.

According to the Israeli army statement, the 162nd and 98th divisions have been deployed around Gaza City, and the 36th division is set to join them in the coming days to surround Gaza City.

This ground offensive is being carried out simultaneously with heavy airstrikes, which have resulted in the death of many innocent people in Gaza City.
