PNN – In an action contrary to humanitarian standards, the French Ministry of Foreign Affairs rejected the order of the International Criminal Court to arrest the officials of the Zionist regime.
According to the report of Pakistan News Network from Reuters, ignoring the International Criminal Court’s order to arrest Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and former Minister of War Yoav Gallant, the French Ministry of Foreign Affairs announced that it will continue to cooperate with the authorities of this regime.
The French Ministry of Foreign Affairs claimed that due to Tel Aviv’s non-signing of the International Criminal Court’s statute, its ruling for the arrest of the leaders of the Zionist regime is not valid.
Meanwhile, Palestine has signed the statute of the International Criminal Court, and therefore, this international body can prosecute crimes committed in the territory of the Palestinian territories.

According to Article 27 of the Constitution of the International Criminal Court, no one should be immune from the judgments issued due to his position.
Amnesty International also declared France’s position unacceptable and added: France should accept its legal duty to arrest Netanyahu instead of judging the rulings of the International Criminal Court.
On Thursday, the International Criminal Court issued an arrest warrant for Benjamin Netanyahu and former Israeli Prime Minister and Minister of War Yoav Galant on charges of committing war crimes, crimes against humanity and using starvation (starving the people of Gaza) as a weapon. This is the first time that the Hague Court orders the arrest of Zionist officials.
Since October 7, 2023, the Zionist regime has launched a devastating war against the residents of the Gaza Strip, as a result of which, in addition to massive destruction and deadly famine, more than thousands of Palestinians, most of whom are women and children, have been martyred and injured.
After turning the Gaza Strip into a ruin, this regime has launched massive attacks against various areas of southern Lebanon, which is facing global condemnation. The Zionist parliament has also recently passed a law against the warning of the international community, which prohibits the activities of the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestinian Refugees (UNRWA) inside occupied Palestine.
By humiliating the international community and ignoring the resolutions of the United Nations Security Council to immediately stop the war and the orders of the International Court of Justice about the need to prevent genocide, the Zionist regime continues to commit crimes in this region.
