PNN – French analyst Bernard Orcade pointed out that the Iranian nation was the target of the Zionist regime’s attack on the country, and stated that this attack strengthened the unity of Iranians.
According to the report of Pakistan News Network, Bernard Orcade, a French geographer and expert on Iranian affairs and honorary research director at the National Center for Scientific Research (CNRS), examined the consequences of the Zionist regime’s brutal attack on the Islamic Republic of Iran in an interview with the Lebanese newspaper Al-Akhbar.
In this interview, he pointed out that there were some differences of opinion in Tehran and stated that: Israel’s attack on Iran under a false pretext, and in a situation where US intelligence agencies announced to Congress on May 15 that Tehran had no plans to build a nuclear bomb, actually helped reunite the country, overcome internal differences, and strengthen national unity.

The French analyst continued that Trump has a slightly different approach, he wants to weaken Iran, without destroying it. He doesn’t care about human rights. Iran is a very advanced country intellectually and scientifically, it has oil and gas as an opportunity to earn money for the next 200 years.
He referred to examining the future horizon of the Iranian nuclear negotiations and emphasized: Iran certainly wants to solve the nuclear problem. They do not want a nuclear bomb because it is very costly and will completely isolate them politically, so it is not strategically feasible.
The French analyst added that the problem is that Israel and the Europeans support the “no enrichment, zero centrifuges” position, but non-enrichment in Iran remains a wish for them. So, raising this issue, as the French, Germans and British are doing now, is a confirmation of the unwillingness to find a solution and of pursuing a military solution that will create chaos. Israel wants to create chaos in Iran.
He pointed out that the West’s attempt to sabotage the negotiations reflects the West’s clear desire to push Iran towards withdrawing from the Non-Proliferation Treaty and building an atomic bomb, which of course will not happen, because there is a general unwillingness in Iran to fall into this Israeli trap by all people. Therefore, the Iranian people will maintain nuclear national unity for a scientific and technological life.
