French doctors’ shocking report called “Gaza Hell”
According to the French newspaper Figaro, French doctors who previously worked at the Gaza European Hospital located in the south of this country, return from Gaza and tell painful stories about the miserable situation of “Gaza hell”.
Raphael Beaty, a doctor and former French soldier who witnessed the wars in Yugoslavia, Lebanon, the Persian Gulf, Syria, and Ukraine and was recently in Gaza, says that none of these cases can be compared to the situation in Gaza.
In his conversation with Figaro, he emphasizes that civilians have no way to escape the war, they have no area to protect themselves, and hundreds of thousands of them are looking for food and water in the streets.
This newspaper quoted eyewitnesses and emphasized that there are currently at least 25,000 displaced people around the hospital. They live in very dangerous conditions and are in shelters made of wood or plastic.
Betty continued that there are about 3 thousand people inside the hospital and in its corridors, but at the same time they are trying to clear the corridors to treat the injured. They hang blankets from the false ceilings to give them some privacy.
He emphasized that no military wounded are admitted to this hospital, but only wounded civilians are present there.
Khaled Bou Tarif, a former emergency doctor, was one of the other doctors present in Gaza. He explains how his team manages to work in such an environment while stressing that it is not possible to give patients time to recover because they have no home to return to.
He explains that a large number of injured people are infected and need to have their limbs amputated, while at the same time as every explosion, a wave of vehicles carrying the injured and martyrs are sent to the hospital.
He continues that due to the lack of facilities, many injured people are left to die. Some of these people are those who have been injured in the skull area. Most of them die within a few hours in hospital corridors or on stretchers, and no one can support them or at least inject them with painkillers, because there is very little medicine and painkillers.
Figaro continues to add that the European hospital accepts hundreds of patients and injured people every day who have been injured in the abdomen, skull or chest. Many of the wounded are also directly hit by enemy drones or Zionist snipers.
