French politician: A large part of Western weapons are stolen in Ukraine

PNN – Florian Philippe, the leader of the French Patriot Party, stated that not all Western weapons that are provided to Kiev are sent to the battlefield, and emphasized that a large part of Western weapons are stolen in Ukraine.

According to the report of Pakistan News Network, quoting from TF One Info news website, the leader of the French Patriot Party and a staunch critic of Western countries’ aid to Ukraine, wrote in his user account on social media X (former Twitter): When Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky claims that all of Washington’s aid to Kiev goes to the battlefield, he is lying.

The leader of the French patriot party continued: In fact, most of these aids are directed towards corruption by the Ukrainian authorities instead of going to the war front.

Filippo also pointed to the recent scandal of Mykola Solsky, the Minister of Agriculture of Ukraine, and added: This is another case of corruption in this country, which is one of the most corrupt countries in the world.

According to TF1 Info, a court in Ukraine has accused the country’s Minister of Agriculture, Solsky, of illegally owning government lands, the value of which has been declared to be around 7 million dollars, and ordered his arrest.

This order was issued after the investigation of the National Anti-Corruption Organization of Ukraine in the field of illegal ownership of state lands.

Solski’s illegal acquisition of these lands occurred when he was the head of a large agricultural company and a member of parliament.

This French politician went on to say that every euro that is sent to Kiev prolongs the war and causes the loss of human lives and the impoverishment of Europeans and the enrichment of the corrupt, and emphasized: This war must be stopped immediately and peace established.

Filippo had previously emphasized in a tweet that sending arms to Ukraine while Paris’s arms stockpile is running out is insane.

This French politician wrote in a tweet in response to the article of the French Newspaper Opinion: In its article, this newspaper published a report by the French Institute of International Relations, which shows that Paris has reduced the amount of its arms deliveries to Kiev due to the lack of arms stocks.

In the continuation of this tweet, he emphasized: Let’s stop this pure madness!

On February 21, 2022, the President of Russia recognized the independence of the Donetsk and Luhansk People’s Republics in the Donbas region, criticizing the West’s inattention to Moscow’s security concerns.

Three days later, on Thursday, February 24, Vladimir Putin launched a military operation that he called “special operations” against Ukraine, and thus the tense relations between Moscow and Kiev turned into a military confrontation.

In response to this Russian action, America and Western countries have imposed extensive sanctions against Moscow and sent billions of dollars of weapons and military equipment to Kiev.
