From Trump’s circus with veterans to America’s miscalculation in Syria.
In a scathing report titled “Trump’s Circus and the Arab Regimes”, Al-Quds Al-Arabi newspaper suggests that the new US president, known for sparking controversy, has already stirred up trouble before even taking office. Trump’s cabinet picks have been criticized for being problematic and lacking in expertise, featuring individuals with extremist views, questionable pasts, and no experience in the positions they’ve been nominated for.
The newspaper argues that Trump’s priorities are clear: maintaining power and advancing US interests, with no regard for human rights or Arab nations. Unlike previous administrations that paid lip service to human rights and Palestinian rights, Trump shows no inclination to follow this path. His sole objective, the paper claims, is to erase the Palestinian issue from the global agenda – a goal shared by many Arab regimes.
