PNN – Referring to the crimes of the Zionist regime in the Gaza Strip, the Saudi representative to the International Court of Justice said that the area has become a graveyard for thousands of innocent people and that the Israeli regime has ignored the Court’s interim measures.
According to the report of Pakistan News Network, quoting Sama News Agency, the Saudi representative at the International Court of Justice said: Israel considers itself above all laws and does not abide by the court’s advisory ruling to stop the war in Gaza. Israel commits barbarity against civilians in the Gaza Strip without justification and has blockaded the area. The Israeli regime ignores international demands to stop the war in Gaza, making the situation in that region more critical, and the Gaza Strip has now become a graveyard for thousands of innocent people.
He emphasized: Israel ignored the interim measures issued by the Hague court regarding the Gaza Strip. Israel used artificial intelligence to kill civilians in Gaza. The regime must facilitate the activities of humanitarian organizations in Gaza and the West Bank, especially UNRWA. Israel, as an occupier, must abide by international law that obliges it to meet the basic needs of the Palestinian people.

The Saudi representative added: Israel must protect the basic rights of the Palestinians, including health and education. We demand that the staff of humanitarian agencies and organizations in the occupied Palestinian territories be granted immunity so that they are safe from Israeli aggression.
The hearings at the International Court of Justice on the Israeli regime’s blocking of UNRWA’s activities began on Monday and will continue until Friday. The UN had previously asked the International Court of Justice to issue an advisory opinion on the regime’s ban on UNRWA’s activities.
The court wrote in a statement on its website last week that the hearings would be on “Israel’s obligations regarding the presence and activities of United Nations agencies, other international organizations and third countries in and in relation to the occupied Palestinian territories.”
