In a televised speech, Golani said: Syria has a long way to go, and today the New Syrian Movement has begun.
He added: Syria is committed to providing investment opportunities, improving economic laws, and providing facilities for the active and efficient participation of domestic and foreign capital in comprehensive reconstruction and development.
Jolani said: We welcome all domestic and foreign investors, Arabs, Turks, and other friends from all over the world to take advantage of the opportunities available in all sectors.
The head of the Syrian interim government continued: Syria will no longer be a scene of conflicts for influence and a platform for foreign greed, and we will not allow the division of Syria.
Following this televised speech, Golani gave a report on the meetings he has had with the heads of other countries so far.
According to IRNA, news sources reported that US President Donald Trump met with Ahmed al-Sharaa, nicknamed Abu Muhammad Golani, the head of the Syrian interim government, in the Saudi capital Riyadh.
Trump announced in Saudi Arabia that he intends to lift sanctions on Syria after the fall of the regime of Bashar al-Assad, a move that he said would “give Syria a chance to be great again.”
Speaking at a Saudi investment forum on Tuesday, the US president said local time that he made the decision after talks with Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman and Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan.
Trump said, “I will be ordering the lifting of sanctions on Syria to give them a chance to be great.”
The US president added: “It is time to give Syria a chance… I hope the new Syrian government will maintain peace… My administration has begun the initial steps to normalize relations between Syria and the United States.”
The US president continued: “Secretary of State Marco Rubio will meet with the Syrian foreign minister. I will order all sanctions on Syria to be lifted so that this country has a chance to be great again.”
