In this regard, Middle East expert Liu Jongmin at Shanghai International Studies University stated: Iran’s attack on Israel has emerged as an important manifestation of the extended effects of the long-standing Palestinian-Israeli conflict in the region.

He added: There is a danger of spreading the shadow of war beyond the borders of Israel (occupied territories) and Palestine, and it may even lead to a widespread war in the Middle East.
According to the Axios news website, the US Department of Defense (Pentagon) announced on Friday: Washington is preparing its forces in the Middle East for a possible Iranian attack on Israel and will send more ships and fighters to this region.
In this regard, Wang Jin, a Middle East expert at “Northwest” University of Xi’an, China, emphasized: the US military deployment in the Middle East adds to the fire of insecurity in the Middle East.
He added: What needs to be done now is mediation and coordination, especially persuading Israel not to take such extreme measures.
Wang added: America should fulfill its obligations in the Middle East more than sending troops.
