Jolani regime elements launch campaign towards northeastern Syria and clash with Kurdish forces.
According to Russia Today, Syrian TV reported that armed clashes have taken place between elements affiliated with the terrorist regime of Golani and the Kurdish Syrian Democratic Forces known as the SDF in the area between Abu Hamam and Gharanij, located east of Deir Ezzor.
According to this report, elements affiliated with the terrorist regime of Jolani marched towards the northeastern regions of Syria on Sunday.
They deployed with their military equipment in the eastern regions of Aleppo and the axes of the Tishreen Dam and Deir Ezzor.
It should be noted that since the overthrow of the Bashar al-Assad regime, heavy clashes have been ongoing between the SDF forces and elements affiliated with Turkey, especially on the axis of the Tishreen Dam. The terrorist regime of Golani is seeking to take control of the areas where the SDF forces are currently deployed.
This is when Mazloum Abdi, the commander of the US-backed Syrian militias known as the Syrian Democratic Forces, announced yesterday: The Kurdish forces will not surrender their weapons.
He emphasized: “We are witnessing Turkey’s efforts to increase its influence in the northeastern regions of Syria, and although we are seeking to resolve our problems with Turkey through dialogue, Ankara intends to consolidate the areas under its control by occupying the Ain al-Arab region.”
