PNN – The UN Secretary-General stated that the weapons and militias sent by foreign parties are aggravating the crisis in Sudan.
According to the report of Pakistan News Network, quoting Al Jazeera, António Guterres, the UN Secretary-General, wrote regarding the Sudan clashes that civilians in Sudan are facing a catastrophic situation as the fighting expands and there are no real signs of halting military operations.

He added that the continued transfer of weapons and militias to Sudan by foreign parties intensifies the crisis and prolongs the duration of the conflict.
Meanwhile, Mahmoud Ali Youssef, the head of the African Commission, announced that the situation in Sudan has reached a dangerously high level of collapse, and the suffering of the people is not receiving sufficient international attention.
He added that the Sudan crisis is one of the most severe and complex conflicts in Africa, and that the scale of the disaster is far greater than what is shown in the media.
