Haaretz: 40,000 troops arrived in Golan to support Lebanon and Hezbollah

PNN – The Zionist newspaper Haaretz wrote: 40,000 troops from three Arab countries entered the Syrian Golan region to support Hezbollah and participate in a possible battle with the Israeli army.

According to the report of Pakistan News Network, the Zionist newspaper “Haaretz” has stated in its report that 40,000 fighters from three Arab countries have arrived near the occupied Syrian Golan Heights to prepare to support Hezbollah in possible ground conflicts against the Israeli army.

Haaretz added in a report citing anonymous sources in the security establishment of the Zionist regime that the army of the Israeli regime is following with great concern the arrival of about 40,000 fighters from the Arab countries, namely Syria, Iraq and Yemen, near the Golan Heights, who are waiting for the order of Seyyed Hassan Nasrallah, the Secretary General of the Lebanese Hezbollah, to participate in the war against the Israeli regime.

These sources added: Even if these 40,000 troops are not professional soldiers, this issue causes great concern [for the Israeli regime’s army].

A senior security official of the Zionist regime, whose name has not been mentioned, told Haaretz newspaper, referring to the Al-Aqsa storm operation by the Hamas movement on October 7, 2023: We have seen what an armed force of 2 to 3 thousand people can do when they surprise and attack a town.

The security official of the Zionist regime added: If necessary, the Israeli army will move towards carrying out military operations in Syria in order to tell Damascus in a better way that their presence (soldiers of the three countries) is not acceptable there.

According to Yanif Kobovich, the author of this Haaretz newspaper report, despite the fact that Hezbollah’s military forces have been targeted and damaged in the recent period, this movement still has the power to threaten the internal front of the Israeli regime.

Regarding the presence of 40,000 fighters from Syria, Iraq and Yemen near the Golan Heights occupied by Syria, as reported by Haaretz newspaper, no comments have been published by Damascus, Hezbollah or Tel Aviv.

The Zionist regime has been occupying parts of Syria, Lebanon, and Palestine for decades, including the Golan Heights.

Since the start of the conflict with Hezbollah, which started about a year ago, the Israeli army has brutally launched massive attacks on Lebanon since Monday morning, according to the Lebanese Ministry of Health, 558 martyrs including 50 children, 94 women and left 1,835 wounded.
