Half of Americans: Trump is using the judiciary for political revenge.

The Hill website wrote: A Quinnipiac poll found that most Americans believe the Department of Justice’s criminal charges are unjustified.

The poll, based on party lines, found that 6 percent of Republicans and 92 percent of Democrats feel that the criminal charges against the president’s political opponents are unjustified.

Among independents, 58 percent disagreed.

The Quinnipiac poll also found that 59 percent of women believe the Department of Justice’s criminal charges against its political opponents are unjustified. Among men, 45 percent agreed.

In the past few weeks, the Department of Justice has indicted former FBI Director James Comey, New York Attorney General Letitia James, and former National Security Advisor John Bolton.

Comey dismissed the charges without a trial on Monday, saying the Constitution allows people to speak out against the government and does not allow the government to retaliate.

Letitia James’ case involves the purchase of a Virginia home in 2023 that prosecutors allege she falsely declared as her “primary residence” to get better mortgage terms while renting the property to tenants.
