Hamas: Katz’s remarks are an insult to international law.

In its statement, the Hamas movement described the statements of Israeli Defense Minister Yisrael Katz that “anyone who remains in Gaza City will either be considered a fighter or a supporter of terrorism” as a clear example of arrogance, disregard for the international community, and a clear violation of the rules of international law and human rights, and warned that such comments would be a prelude to the escalation of war crimes by the Israeli army against hundreds of thousands of innocent civilians, from women and children to the elderly.

The statement states that the behavior of the leaders of the fascist occupying regime and war criminals towards the people of Gaza, especially in Gaza City, is a direct example of ethnic cleansing and a systematic program of forced displacement that is being carried out ruthlessly and in front of the eyes of the world.

In this statement, Hamas, while referring to the continuation of the intense military operations of the Israeli regime in Gaza City, pointed out the occurrence of numerous crimes.

The statement also stated that severe attacks in various parts of the Gaza Strip and repeated crimes in the central and southern areas of Gaza continue.

The Hamas movement called on the international community and Arab and Islamic countries to take immediate action to stop these unprecedented violations.

This statement was issued after Israeli Defense Minister Yisrael Katz, who is tightening the playing field for the Palestinians every moment, said in a statement on Wednesday: Anyone who remains in Gaza City will be classified as a fighter or supporter of terrorism.

He said that the Israeli army is intensifying the siege of Gaza to destroy Hamas.
