Hamas: Netanyahu’s insistence on attacking Rafah defies international warnings

PNN – In a statement, referring to the insistence of the Prime Minister of the Zionist regime to attack Gaza, Hamas considered this process as a challenge to the international community.

According to the report of Pakistan News Network, quoting Al-Nashrah, referring to Benjamin Netanyahu’s threat to attack Rafah, the Hamas movement considered it as a brazen disregard of international warnings and positions.

Hamas also disgusted the efforts of the Prime Minister of the Zionist regime to realize his political goals and intensify the war of mass killing against the residents of Gaza.

The Hamas statement said: Netanyahu’s insistence on attacking Rafah means challenging all international requests and positions that warn against any military operation in an area full of refugees.

Hamas emphasized: Netanyahu, a terrorist, a war criminal and a villain, is seeking to achieve his political goals by intensifying the mass killing war he is waging against our nation in Gaza.

The statement of Hamas states: Netanyahu ignores the requests and positions of the international community by threatening to pursue and eliminate our leaders and insisting on the execution of his great crime in the city of Rafah in a brazen challenge.

The Prime Minister of the Zionist regime has said that despite the warnings of the US President Joe Biden, he is still determined to launch a ground attack on the city of Rafah in southern Gaza.

In a phone call, French President Emmanuel Macron warned the Israeli Prime Minister about any forced transfer of Palestinians from the city of Rafah in southern Gaza and emphasized that this action is a war crime.

On October 7, 2023, the Palestinian resistance groups launched the “Al-Aqsa Storm” operation from Gaza against the positions of the Israeli regime, and finally, on November 24, 2023, a four-day temporary ceasefire was established between Israel and Hamas, or the pause for the exchange of prisoners between Hamas and Israel.

This pause in the war continued for seven days and finally on Friday morning (December 1, 2023) the temporary ceasefire ended and the Israeli regime resumed attacks against Gaza.

In order to retaliate against the “Al-Aqsa Storm” attacks and compensate for its failure and stop the resistance operations, this regime has closed all the crossings of the Gaza Strip and is bombarding this area.

The Palestinian Ministry of Health announced yesterday that after 170 days of continuous attacks by the Zionist regime against the residents of Gaza, the number of Palestinian martyrs has increased to 32,226 and during this period 74,518 Palestinians have been injured due to the attacks of the Zionist regime.
