PNN – The Hamas movement rejected the US State Department’s claims about criminal gangs supported by the Israeli regime in Gaza.
According to the report of Pakistan News Network, citing the Palestinian Information Center, the Islamic Resistance Movement Hamas issued a statement in response to the US State Department’s statement regarding the situation in the Gaza Strip, stating that the claims made in the US State Department statement are completely rejected, and the movement completely and categorically denies all accusations attributed to it regarding an “imminent attack” or “violation of the ceasefire agreement.”
The statement emphasizes that these false claims are fully in line with the misleading propaganda of the Zionist regime and provide cover for the continuation of this regime’s organized crimes and aggression against the Palestinian people.

The facts on the ground show the complete opposite of these claims, as the Zionist occupying forces themselves have formed, armed, and financed criminal gangs in Gaza that have committed murders, kidnappings, thefts of aid trucks, and attacks on Palestinian civilians. This regime has even publicly confessed to these crimes through the media and published videos, which clearly proves its direct role in creating chaos and insecurity.
The movement also emphasized that the police forces in Gaza, with widespread popular and social support, are fulfilling their national duty to pursue and arrest these criminal gangs and punish them based on clear legal mechanisms, in order to protect the lives of citizens and public and private property.
The Hamas movement called on the US government to stop repeating the misleading narrative of the occupying regime and instead, to stop the regime from continuing its repeated violations of the ceasefire agreement, including in supporting these criminal groups and providing them with safe havens in areas under its control.
While the Israeli regime has repeatedly described the terrorist group known as Yasser Abu Shabaab in its media as its protégé, the US State Department has issued a statement attempting to describe Hamas’ security operations against this anarchist group, which attempted to confiscate humanitarian aid shipments in Gaza during the war, as a struggle between Hamas elements and the people of Gaza.
