Hamas: The Palestinian people will not surrender to Trump’s illusions.
The Palestinian news agency Shahab reported that Mahmoud Mardavi, a leader of the Palestinian resistance movement Hamas, stated in a statement: “Our nation will never surrender to Trump’s illusions and the Zionist occupation plans, and Trump’s new conspiracy will defeat all previous plans, just like all previous ones.”
He stated that the response to Trump’s statements must be followed by a series of political, diplomatic, and field measures, including strengthening national unity in Palestine and forming a united national front that can create a comprehensive strategy to confront the threats facing Gaza and Palestine.
This senior Hamas member emphasized the importance of expanding popular and resistance activities in Palestine, saying that the resistance must defeat any attempt to impose new realities on the field and emphasize the right of the Palestinians to survive in their land and confront the occupiers.
