Hamas warning about humanitarian disaster in Gaza.
Hamas officials expressed concern about the lack of access to food and drinking water for the northern residents of the Gaza Strip.
In explaining the plight of the Palestinian people in Gaza, Hamas has stated that the Palestinians in the north of the Gaza Strip have no food to eat.
According to Anatolia news agency, Ismail al-Thwabateh, director general of the Gaza media office, said that the Palestinians living in the Gaza Strip are facing great danger due to the lack of food in the Zionist regime’s destructive war against civilians, and that is the inability to meet their hunger needs.
In this regard, al-Thawbata said that Palestinian families eat half a meal every two days. He also said: The residents of the Gaza Strip are affected by the devastating war that Israel has been waging against the people of this region for months, they cannot even find fodder to eat.
Pointing out that the humanitarian situation in the north of the Gaza Strip has long passed the catastrophic stage, Al-Thawabata said that the Zionist regime prevents humanitarian trucks from reaching the northern areas of the Gaza Strip.
In this regard, he called for an end to the occupation’s attacks on civilians, an end to the war, and pressure on Israel to break the siege of the Gaza Strip.
According to Palestinian health officials, the Zionist regime continues its attacks on the Gaza Strip, ignoring the ruling of the International Court of Justice in The Hague. Attacks by which at least 28 thousand 176 Palestinians, mostly women and children, were martyred, and nearly 67 thousand 784 others were injured.
According to the United Nations, as a result of the attacks of the Zionist regime, 85% of the population of Gaza has been displaced due to the severe lack of food, drinking water, and medicine, and about 60% of Gaza’s infrastructure has been damaged and destroyed.
