PNN – Ghazi Hamad, a member of the Hamas negotiating team, pointed out that the enemy wants to gain in negotiations what it did not gain on the battlefield, and said that we did not allow the imposition of the Zionist plans and that the agreement that is reached must fully guarantee the rights of the people of Gaza.
According to the report of Pakistan News Network, following the continued obstruction and deception of the US-backed Zionist regime in the Gaza ceasefire talks in Doha, Ghazi Hamad, one of the senior leaders of the Hamas movement, announced last night in a speech that the movement has taken serious steps to reach a ceasefire agreement in the Gaza Strip.
We did not allow the Zionists’ plans to be imposed.
Ghazi Hamad, who is also a member of the Hamas negotiating team, said: The US position in withdrawing from the Doha talks was surprising and the country has not provided any explanation. This is while Hamas has presented a logical and realistic perspective that brings us closer to reaching an agreement. Hamas has gone through a fierce and dangerous battle during the negotiations, and the danger and importance of this battle is no less than a field battle.
The Hamas official emphasized: Hamas has been successful in improving many of the conditions that the Zionists tried to impose during the negotiations during the recent negotiations. Our main goal in the negotiations is to end the war against the Palestinian people and also to release the largest number of Palestinian prisoners in any agreement with the Zionists.

We will not let the negotiations fall apart.
Ghazi Hamad said: We are working on an agreement that will lead to a cessation of hostilities and the withdrawal of the occupiers from Gaza after 60 days. We also call for serious action by the Arab countries and the international community to put pressure on the Zionists to stop their crimes in Gaza. Our cooperation and communication with the mediators to resume negotiations continues, and we do not want to allow the negotiations to fall apart.
He stressed: No one wants the negotiations to fail, and we have been committed to patience and consultation to reach a good agreement that meets the aspirations of our people, and we have achieved success on several issues. Hamas is also constantly coordinating and consulting with other Palestinian groups to formulate a unified national position that guarantees the rights of the people of Gaza.
We are seeking an agreement that guarantees the rights of the Palestinian people.
Ghazi Hamad continued, addressing the people of Gaza, saying: We in Hamas are in constant contact with other Palestinian groups, cooperating and consulting to reach a national formula that guarantees all your rights in this painful war. We fully understand the pain, suffering, oppression, and devastation that our people in Gaza are enduring, and we know that we are under great pressure to sign an agreement quickly, but we have worked very hard and diligently to reach an agreement that respects the people of Gaza and their rights, and meets their demands for a ceasefire, access to aid, and a dignified life.
Ghazi Hamad said that Hamas has been able to significantly improve the situation and present a realistic and reasonable perspective to reach an agreement that guarantees the rights of our people. It is quite clear that Hamas has never been an obstacle to reaching an agreement and is working to prevent the collapse of the negotiations.
An Egyptian source said in this regard that the mediators have informed the Hamas leadership and its negotiating team that the negotiations have not been stopped, and the Israeli and American sides told the Egyptian and Qatari mediators that the negotiating teams will return to Doha next Monday to resume negotiations.
A Hamas leader familiar with the negotiations said: What has happened is a pre-planned intention by Israel and the US to undermine the negotiations process and hold Hamas responsible if an agreement is not reached, and this only serves Tel Aviv’s goals.
