Hamas: We have 40,000 troops for war.
One of the leaders of Hamas, rejecting the claims of receiving help or a green light from Iran for the Al-Aqsa storm operation, said that the statement of five countries in support of Tel Aviv is an encouragement to continue the occupation.
One of the heads of the Palestinian Islamic resistance movement “Hamas” said on Tuesday morning: “We sent 2,000 fighters to military operations against Israel and we still have 40,000 more fighters in the Gaza Strip.”
This Hamas official explained in a conversation with “Sputnik” news agency: “Hamas denies claims that it received help from Iran in planning its military operations or a green light to launch an attack.”
He also stated about the support of the United States, England, Germany, France and Italy to the crimes of the Provisional Zionist regime: “We strongly reject the statement of the five countries that confirms their double standards and their obvious bias towards the occupation.”
This senior Hamas official emphasized: “We consider their position to be a cover and encouragement for the continuation of the occupation and the escalation of Zionist crimes against our defenseless people.”
