Hamas: We will not retreat from our positions.
According to Al Jazeera, while the United States and its allies are trying to force the Palestinian resistance movement (Hamas) to accept the terms of the Zionist regime, the Palestinian authorities have repeatedly emphasized that they will not back down from their legitimate demands, which include the withdrawal of the Zionist military from Gaza.
Based on this, Osama Hamdan, the spokesman of Hamas, announced today: America shows itself eager for a peace agreement, while it does not put any pressure on Israel in line with this issue.
Hamdan pointed out: We have not seen any progress in the process of peace negotiations. This is because Washington does not put enough pressure on Benjamin Netanyahu, the Prime Minister of the Zionist regime, to accept peace.
This Palestinian official emphasized: that Hamas stands by its previous position that there is no need for new proposals. What we need now is to put pressure on Netanyahu to accept the peace agreement that Hamas has already accepted.
The spokesperson of Hamas clarified: Our position regarding the Philadelphia corridor on the border between Egypt and Gaza is completely clear and clear. We reject any change in the status quo in which Israeli forces are present in this corridor. The withdrawal of Zionist troops from this corridor is considered part of any peace agreement with Israel.
