PNN – Ghazi Hamad, a member of the political office of the Hamas movement, emphasized that without a complete cessation of the war in Gaza, no negotiations on the exchange of prisoners will be held.
According to Pakistan News Network, Ghazi Hamad added: “We will never allow the Americans to interfere in arranging the internal situation of Palestine with the aim of subjugating Gaza, and this will be done by the Palestinians themselves.”
He clarified: We are at a crossroads after the October 7th attack (Battle of Al-Aqsa Storm) and now a suitable and important space has been created to reorganize the internal situation of Palestine.

The Hamas movement also announced today in a statement that the resistance groups in the Gaza Strip have decided not to discuss the prisoner exchange agreement without a complete halt to Israeli attacks.
Meanwhile, according to the report of the Zionist regime’s TV channel 12, negotiations between Egyptian and Qatari mediators with Israel are continuing to reach a new agreement on the exchange of prisoners.
