PNN – The Hamas movement described the martyrdom operation in the West Bank as a natural response to the crimes of the Zionist regime against the Palestinian people and their holy places.

The statement said: The heroic operation that took place in the town of Rumana is a natural and legitimate response to the repeated crimes of the occupying regime against the Palestinian people in Gaza and the West Bank, the heroic prisoners in prisons, and the successive violations of Islamic sanctities, foremost among them the Al-Aqsa Mosque.
Hamas expressed condolences over the martyrdom of Ahmed Ali Amour, the 55-year-old mujahideen and the leader of this operation, emphasizing: This operation is a clear message to the enemy that all attempts by the occupiers to extinguish the flame of resistance in the West Bank are doomed to failure. Our nation will not remain silent in the face of the policies of occupation, annexation, and forced displacement, and the attempt to steal the land and Judaize the holy sites.
The Hamas movement finally called on the entire Palestinian people in the West Bank to intensify various methods of resistance unify efforts to strike at the occupying regime, and impose a heavy price on this regime in the blessed Palestinian lands.
The Palestinian Ministry of Health announced that a Palestinian was shot and killed by Israeli occupation forces in the town of Ramana in Jenin, located in the northern West Bank, on Thursday morning.
