PNN – Democratic presidential candidate Kamala Harris announced in her speech on Wednesday that “we have to accept the results of this election.”
According to the report of Pakistan News Network from “CNN”, Harris, whose voice was a little sad, thanked her husband, Doug Emhof, US President Joe Biden, First Lady Jill Biden, and Vice Presidential candidate Tim Walz.
“I’m proud of the competition we were in and the way we executed it,” she said.
Harris added: We’ve been intentional about building unity and bringing people from all walks of life together. I know people have different feelings right now, but we have to accept the results of this election.
She continued: The result of this election was not according to our wishes, but the flame of America’s promise will always be bright.

Harris stressed: While I will accept defeat in this election, I will not accept giving up the sense of struggle that helped me in this race.
Continuing her speech, Harris said: The fight for freedom requires hard work, but as I have always said, we are hard workers. Harris said to the young people who were present: It’s okay to be upset and disappointed, but know that things will be fine. Sometimes the fight takes a while. That doesn’t mean we won’t win.
She added: I know that many people feel that we are entering the dark ages. I hope that is not the case.
Donald Trump has been elected as the 47th president of the United States with 292 electoral votes.
Trump won 22 electoral votes more than the legal minimum of 270 votes in this period of the US presidential election.
According to the latest announcement by the Associated Press, Trump won 15 electoral votes in Michigan from the 277 electoral votes previously announced to 292 votes.
Kamala Harris also won 224 electoral votes.
