PNN – A Hamas spokesman Hazem Qassem said: The people of Gaza continue to face various forms of gradual genocide, from the continuation of the siege to the restriction of humanitarian aid and the closure of crossings.
According to the report of Pakistan News Network, quoting Shehab News Agency: Hazem Qassem, spokesperson for the Islamic Resistance Movement Hamas, warned about the consequences of a new wave of severe weather expected to affect the Gaza Strip, emphasizing that the current tents set up to shelter displaced people are completely unable to withstand rain and winter cold—especially in a situation where the occupiers, by restricting fuel, have made heating and emergency management impossible.

He added that the catastrophic humanitarian conditions in Gaza require the immediate launch of relief operations and the establishment of proper and standard shelters, an action that must be pursued by all responsible parties.
He also stressed the necessity of compelling the occupying regime to implement humanitarian relief protocols, which were included in the January agreement and reiterated in the October agreement.
The Hamas spokesperson further stated that the people of Gaza continue to face various forms of gradual genocide—from the ongoing blockade and prevention of proper shelter materials to restrictions on humanitarian aid and the closure of crossings. This situation places the international community under an immediate moral and political responsibility to support Gaza’s civilians.
