PNN – A Hebrew language media announced that the Palestinian Islamic resistance movement Hamas has set four general conditions for the completion of the prisoner exchange agreement, of which the release of all prisoners is only one of them.
According to the Pakistan News Network, Mako, the base of Zionist television channel 12, announced in the cyberspace in a report published with a large photo of Yahya al-Sanwar, the leader of Hamas in the Gaza Strip, that the immediate and complete cessation of war and Israel’s withdrawal from the Gaza Strip are only part of Hamas’ preconditions for starting conversation to sign the prisoner exchange agreement.
Amit Segal, the reporter of this TV channel and producer of the report, said: In response to the initiatives presented for the exchange of prisoners, Hamas has informed the mediators of the general framework in which it is ready to implement the process of agreement on the exchange of prisoners.
According to this Hebrew media, the terms of Hamas are as follows:
- Announcing an immediate and comprehensive end to the war in the Gaza Strip
- The withdrawal of the Israeli army from the Gaza Strip
- Granting international guarantees regarding the continued presence of Hamas in power
- Paying for the release of Israeli prisoners (which is the release of Palestinian prisoners)
According to this Zionist analyst, Hamas’ preconditions show that Hamas seeks to prove that Israel has left Gaza and will not return to it forever. It is also trying to demonstrate this goal through continuous rocket attacks, which shows that Hamas’ positions have not changed during the last days of the war.
