Hebrew media: The biggest problem is that Israelis don’t know what’s coming to them.
In a note published on the website of the Israeli Channel 12 television, Major General Eitan Ben-Eliyahu admitted that when the Israeli cabinet does not inform society of the facts of the events, Israelis find themselves in a situation of trying to solve codes and ciphers instead of receiving clear and comprehensive information regarding the actions being taken in their name. This confusion has severely exhausted Israeli society.
According to this Zionist general, Israeli society is drowning in a sea of question marks today.
In another part of his note, he adds, The Israeli Prime Minister spent a whole week in Washington with his family, held long hours of talks with the US President, but no one knows what happened in these talks, let alone what results were achieved.?
This slogan of a decisive victory has also become a problem for us. What is behind this decisive victory? How can it be recognized or interpreted? No one knows this either.
What is the intense conflict, and what direction is it heading?
What are the five divisions in Gaza doing there to this day? Are we seeking to establish martial law in the Gaza Strip, and if this happens, will it lead to the expulsion of Palestinians and the construction of Jewish settlements in the entire Gaza Strip? Why don’t the settlers return to their settlements? Why has the northern territories (northern occupied Palestine) not been able to return to normal conditions to this day?
Are we facing a partial agreement for the exchange of prisoners? Or will it be a comprehensive agreement with a complete ceasefire?
What happened to the reconciliation with the countries of the region, the same agreement that began in the recent past and was one step closer to full realization?
Will the United States continue to seek to advance the reconciliation process with Saudi Arabia, or will it put Netanyahu’s war strategy on its agenda? Will Israel be plunged into a deep judicial crisis? Will the Knesset succeed in mobilizing the Haredis to fight and confront security challenges?
Instead of answering these questions, we are only given pieces of isolated, disconnected, and even misleading data.
In the light of these questions, Israeli society is in a state of tedious and eroding confusion.
