“Mahmoud Qamati” continued his exclusive interview with Al-Masirah TV channel and added: The national consensus focused on Lebanon’s priorities, which are stopping the Israeli military aggression, withdrawing the enemy from Lebanese soil, releasing secrets, and beginning reconstruction. However, the government’s demands to pay more to the enemy and hand over weapons are unacceptable.
This senior Hezbollah member addressed members of the Lebanese government, saying: What you have done is a stain of shame and disgrace for you. You are under America’s feet and have been trampled upon, then you resort to it.
The Deputy Chairman of the Political Council of the Hezbollah Movement concluded by noting: We will not point our weapons inside Lebanon and will not engage in any internal conflict, neither with the army nor with any Lebanese party. Our people, who have made every kind of sacrifice, themselves adhere to their weapons and refuse to hand them over.
