PNN – The Euro-Mediterranean Human Rights Watch called on the European Union to prosecute the Israeli regime, noting that the Israeli regime has destroyed many European-funded projects in Gaza.

According to the report of Pakistan News Network, citing Al Jazeera, the Euro-Mediterranean Human Rights Watch, which has repeatedly documented the Zionist regime’s genocidal crimes against the Gaza Strip, in a new statement called on the European Union to prosecute the regime for destroying projects funded by Europe in the Gaza Strip.

The human rights organization emphasized: During the genocide in Gaza, Tel Aviv systematically destroyed infrastructure and housing units that were partially or fully funded by the European Union. This process targeted the destruction and destruction of vital systems established to guarantee civilians’ basic rights to water, sanitation, education, and adequate housing.

The statement continued: Our team conducted an initial assessment that documented the destruction of desalination plants, hospitals, clinics, health centers, schools, and housing units built with EU funding. The EU’s failure to use its pressure tools against Tel Aviv means that the destruction of European-funded assets and the instilling of terror among civilians can continue without any political or legal cost.

The Euro-Mediterranean Human Rights Watch stated: The continued silence of the European Union as an observer towards Tel Aviv’s policies amounts to an abdication of legal, political, and moral responsibilities. The Union is tasked with launching a formal investigation and publishing a detailed public report on the damage to European-funded assets in Gaza.

The EU should demand that Tel Aviv pay full and immediate compensation for the damage caused to all facilities financed by European public funds. We call on European countries to prosecute Tel Aviv authorities involved in issuing or implementing the order to destroy these assets, and to support international legal processes in this regard.
