If a deal is not reached, attaching Lebanon is inevitable.
According to the Zionist newspaper Israel Hum, Benny Gantz, head of the Blue and White Party in the occupied territories and a former member of the Israeli War Council, said in a statement that if an agreement is not reached to return Israeli prisoners from Gaza, Tel Aviv will be forced to enter the war in the north.
At the same time, he stated that Netanyahu, due to his political considerations regarding being in the country’s political power, prevents the return of Israeli prisoners from Gaza alive.
Gantz brazenly asked the international community to support Israel to increase civil and military pressure on the Gaza Strip.
He said that America and the Arab regimes should seek to form a regional coalition against Hamas.
This Zionist politician emphasized that the people and the synagogue in the occupied territories widely approved the current prisoner exchange agreement.
Gantz’s statements regarding the threat to the northern borders with Lebanon are raised. At the same time, political observers believe that if the Zionist regime could open a new front in Lebanon, it would have done so a long time ago. Still, the Tel Aviv army is not in a position to bear the costs and pressure to endure a new military tension.
