PNN – The United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF) has pointed to the disastrous situation in hospitals in the Gaza Strip, including the Al-Aqsa Martyrs Hospital in Deir al-Balah due to the lack of fuel, and announced that more than 20 babies are at risk of death in this area.
According to the report of Pakistan News Network, citing Al-Mayadeen network, UNICEF has stated in its statement that the oxygen generators in Al-Aqsa Martyrs Hospital in Gaza are on the verge of failure.
The statement warns that more than 20 babies are at risk of death due to lack of fuel in the Gaza Strip.
This is while the Zionist regime continues its aggressions in the Gaza Strip and has intensified the humanitarian crisis in this region by closing the land crossings.

In this regard, Iyad Abu Zaher, the director of Al-Aqsa Martyrs Hospital, emphasized that if the hospital is closed due to lack of fuel, a health disaster will occur.
He said: The amount of fuel that is imported is a fifth of the hospital’s needs, while we need 50 thousand liters of fuel in the coming hours to deal with the health disaster.
According to the latest statistics of the Palestinian State Information Office, the occupying regime has so far shut down 33 hospitals, 55 medical centers and 160 medical institutions and targeted 130 rescue vehicles.
After more than seven months have passed since the Zionist regime invaded the Gaza Strip, this regime has not achieved anything other than crime, massacre, destruction, war crimes, violation of international laws, bombing of relief organizations and famine in this region.
The Israeli regime has lost this war regardless of any gains in the future, and even after seven months, it has not been able to make the resistance groups surrender in a small area that has been under siege for years, and the support of the world public opinion for committing obvious crimes in Gaza has lost.
