Important documents of the Syrian intelligence service were stolen by elements affiliated with Türkiye.
Syrian sources revealed to Al-Ma’ulouma that armed elements affiliated with Turkey have transferred a large part of the documents of the Syrian intelligence service in Aleppo and other cities of the country to specific positions under the control of Turkish intelligence forces.
These sources added that the said documents include a sensitive archive of tens of thousands of documents related to the former Syrian regime.
They stated that intelligence services of other countries have also stolen other parts of this archive and important information by abusing the developments in Syria and through armed elements.
It should be noted that after the overthrow of the Bashar al-Assad regime, the political and security situation in Syria has been severely affected and we are witnessing an escalation of insecurity and conflicts in the country every day.
