Indian Prime Minister calls for continued vigilance in the country

PNN – In his first remarks since hostilities began escalating between his country and Pakistan, the Indian prime minister called for continued vigilance and clear communication.

According to the report of Pakistan News Network, Modi on Thursday, while chairing a meeting with senior government ministers, stressed the need for strong internal coordination and resilience in the face of hostilities with its neighbor.

Earlier, Indian Defense Minister Rajnath Singh said at a meeting with political leaders that Indian military operations against targets in Pakistan continue.

Referring to the country’s military operations in Pakistan, the Indian Defense Minister announced that “at least 100 terrorists have been killed during targeted attacks by the Indian army.”

The Indian government announced in a statement on Tuesday night that its army had targeted nine locations in Pakistan-controlled Kashmir with missiles, which the country’s officials said were terrorist bases.

The statement added that we struck a precise blow to the terrorist bases. Justice was served.

On the other hand, Pakistani Defense Minister Khawaja Muhammad Asif has confirmed that the country’s fighter jets and, at the same time, its air defense forces have succeeded in shooting down five Indian fighter jets after the Indian missile attack.

Pakistan’s Defense Minister announced that New Delhi’s claim of targeting terrorist bases is baseless and is intended to divert global attention.

General Ahmed Sharif, spokesman for the Pakistani army, also announced in a press conference this morning that the response to New Delhi’s attack is still ongoing, adding that the death toll from the Indian attack in Pakistan has increased to 26 dead and 46 others injured.
