Installation of a banner supporting the intifada in London.
The British media announced the installation of a banner with the theme of supporting the Palestinian intifada against the Zionist regime on a building in London.
British media reported that a banner in support of the Palestinian intifada against the Zionist regime containing the text “Globalize the intifada” was installed on a building in “Park Square” in London on Tuesday, which resulted in the confrontation of the city’s police.
“Press Association” news agency reported that British police officers took down this banner and arrested nine people in connection with installing it on a building that the police claimed was “used by illegal occupiers”.
A spokesman for the City of London Police said: “We will continue to be in the area to respond to other incidents.”
The spokesman of British Prime Minister Rishi Sonak’s office had previously called the request of protesters against the crimes of the Zionist regime for an intifada “unacceptable” in line with the support of this regime.
The “Daily Mail” publication also wrote that the London City Police sent several of its officers to the said building because of the claim that “there are probably a hundred illegal occupants inside this property.”
According to this English publication, this building is located in a wealthy neighborhood, and the police prevented the residents of this neighborhood from entering their luxurious homes, which sometimes cost 20 million pounds, and blocked the area by drawing a security tape.
Since the implementation of the Al-Aqsa storm operation by the Palestinian resistance fighters against the Zionist enemy on the 7th of October (15 Mehr), cities across the UK have witnessed demonstrations in support of the Palestinians and condemnation of the crimes of the Zionist regime on Saturdays.
Meanwhile, the British authorities have tried to prevent the demonstration and suppress the demonstrators because of their protest against London’s support for the Zionist regime.
