PNN – A court in the state of California has started investigating the accusation of the complicity of the Biden government in the Gaza war.
According to Pakistan News Network from National News, The Federal District Court of Oakland in the state of California was convened yesterday to deal with the complaint filed by Palestinian-American citizens, Gaza citizens and representatives of several human rights organizations regarding the evidence that Joe Biden’s administration was involved in the Gaza war and failed to prevent the Palestinian genocide.
Leila Haddad, an American writer of Palestinian origin and from Shakat’s case, who lost more than 100 of his relatives in the Gaza massacre, described the trial process and the statements of Shakat and witnesses as “very shocking”.
Hundreds of people also gathered in front of this court holding Palestinian flags and placards saying “Biden is complicit in the murder” and “Don’t give bombs to Israel”.

The lawsuit was filed in November on behalf of the two organizations “Defense of Palestinian Children” and “Al-Haq” by an organization based in America called “Constitutional Rights Center”.
The court was convened hours after the International Court of Justice declared “probable” the South African government’s complaint alleging genocide by the Israeli regime in Gaza. At the same time, the Biden administration called this South African charge baseless.
The International Court of Justice declared that Israel must take the necessary measures to prevent genocide and allow aid to be sent from the coastal route.
The lawyers involved in the US Federal Court called this ruling of the International Court of Justice as a reason for their case to be strengthened and considered the Biden government to be obliged to prevent the killing of Gaza according to the American laws and international law.
Currently, these lawyers are trying to get an order to freeze aid to the Israeli regime pending a final ruling. No specific time frame has been set for announcing the final decision of the court.
The Biden administration has been a staunch supporter of the Israeli regime in the killing of Gaza, and apart from selling weapons to Israel without the approval of Congress, it has vetoed all the ceasefire resolutions of the United Nations Security Council in order to destroy the Hamas movement.
