Iran Strikes Again! Donald Trump’s ‘Kash Connection’ Under Fire | Hackers Target FBI Pick.

CNN has claimed that US President-elect Donald Trump’s pick to lead the Federal Bureau of Investigation, Kesh Patel, has been targeted by Iranian hackers!

CNN claimed that the FBI informed Patel that he had been targeted by Iranian hackers.

According to a source who spoke to CNN, hackers are said to have accessed at least some of Patel’s correspondence.

Alex Pfeiffer, a spokesman for the Trump transition team, declined to comment on the hack in a statement to CNN, but said that Patel was a key part of the Trump administration’s efforts to confront Iran and that as FBI director, he would implement the president-elect’s policies to protect the country from its enemies.

CNN claimed in August that Lindsay Halligan, one of Trump’s lawyers in the case of illegally storing classified documents at his mansion in Florida, was also the target of an attack by Iranian hackers!

US intelligence agencies also claimed in June that Iranian hackers had attacked the email of Trump supporter Roger Stone to infiltrate the official email of a senior Trump campaign official.

Tehran has strongly denied Washington’s accusations of any interference in the US presidential election.
