PNN – Iranian ambassador and permanent representative to international organizations based in Vienna, in response to the anti-Iranian remarks and accusations made by the representative of the Zionist regime at the meeting of the Board of Governors, stated: The bitter irony of the 21st century is that the Israeli regime, with hundreds of nuclear warheads and without accepting any of the weapons of mass destruction treaties, talks about non-proliferation.

The quarterly meeting of the Board of Governors of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) began in Vienna on Monday. The meeting’s agenda includes reviewing Iran’s nuclear activities within the framework of the Comprehensive Safeguards Agreement and Security Council Resolution 2231.

At a meeting on the topic of “Verification and Monitoring in the Islamic Republic of Iran in Light of United Nations Security Council Resolution 2231 (2015),” our country’s ambassador responded to the accusations made by the representative of the Zionist regime before reading the statement of the Islamic Republic of Iran.
