Iran’s Foreign Minister said that there are only 2 options for the Israeli regime and its allies’

Iran’s Foreign Minister Hossein Amirabdollahian said that there are only 2 options for the Israeli regime and its allies, including the US, in the Gaza war.

“Continuation of the war” and “political solution” are two options that exist today in the face of the Zionist regime and all the actors who supported and accompanied it in the Gaza war, Iranian Foreign Minister Hossein Amirabdollahian said on Tuesday, January 1.

He said that American politicians have entered a “quagmire in Gaza” that is costly for them to get out of, and emphasized that continuing the war means continuing the quagmire, massacre, and shameful defeat for both Israel and America.

After 88 days of Zionist attacks and continuous bombings against civilians in Gaza, which resulted in more than 21,000 martyrs, none of the goals announced by the Israeli regime after Operation Protective Edge have been achieved, including the arrest of Hamas members and forced displacement of Gaza residents. As military analyst Yedioth Ahronoth Amos Harel admits, the Israeli army has entered a strategic quagmire since October 7 and is now in a state of exhaustion.

Former Israeli Prime Minister Ehud Olmert also recently stated that Netanyahu himself knows that he is unable to eliminate Hamas.

In this regard, the head of the Central Bank of the Zionist regime, Amir Yaron, says that the cost of the war for this regime is expected to exceed $58 billion.

Regarding the “political solution” that he mentioned as the second option, Amirabdollahian also said that today it is this resistance that sets the condition, and if its demands are met, it will also be ready for a ceasefire in a package.

The foreign minister said: “Today, the same rulers of the Israeli regime and American statesmen who were talking about the destruction of Hamas are sending a message to Hamas and negotiating indirectly in third countries about how to manage post-war Gaza and the exchange of prisoners.”
