The Iraqi News Agency (INA) announced that “Bassem Al-Awadi” in an interview with the Al-Iraqiya News Network evaluated the visit of the country’s Prime Minister, Mohammad Shia Al-Sudani, to the Islamic Republic of Iran as an important and fateful event.
He emphasized that the visit was carried out with a focus on examining regional developments and discussing these developments with Iranian officials, especially the events in Syria.
Al-Awadi emphasized that it is very necessary to pay attention to the memorandums of understanding and agreements signed with neighboring countries.
The Iraqi Prime Minister traveled to Iran yesterday morning on a one-day visit at the head of a high-level delegation consisting of several ministers.
Al-Sudani also met with the Leader of the Revolution, the President, and the Speaker of the Parliament during this visit.
