Iraq: The presence of 9,000 ISIS members in Syrian prisons is dangerous.
According to Russia Today, Hamid al-Shatri, head of the Iraqi intelligence service, stressed that 9,000 ISIS elements are present in the prisons of Hasakah, Syria.
