Iraqi analyst: Iran negotiates with the US from a position of strength.
According to Al-Ma’ulouma, Iraqi political analyst Qassem Al-Tamimi emphasized that Iran is negotiating with the United States from a position of power and has set conditions for these negotiations.
He added: Tehran had previously announced that it would not hold any negotiations with the United States under military threats.
Al-Tamimi clarified: Iran agreed to enter into negotiations after it communicated the condition of lifting sanctions to the American side, and this means that it is negotiating from a position of power.
It should be noted that so far two rounds of indirect negotiations between Iran and the United States have been held in Oman and Rome.
