Iraqi Prime Minister Announces Death of Second ISIS Member in Iraq.
According to Al Jazeera, Iraqi Prime Minister Mohammed Shia al-Sudani announced in a statement the death of the second-in-command of the ISIS terrorist group, who was considered the governor of Iraq and Syria.
He emphasized that the Iraqis continue their victories against terrorist movements and that the Iraqi National Intelligence Service forces, with the support and coordination of the Joint Operations Command and the international coalition forces, succeeded in killing “Abdullah Makki Musleh al-Rufa’i”, nicknamed “Abu Khadija”, who was the deputy leader of ISIS and the governor of Iraq and Syria and responsible for ISIS’s foreign operations offices.
He continued: “This person was considered one of the most dangerous terrorists in Iraq and the whole world, and we congratulate Iraq, the people of this country and all nations that want peace on this important security achievement.”
