PNN – Speaking about the temporary ceasefire, the head of the Hamas political office Ismail Haniyeh said that the Zionist enemy was forced to give up on the terms of the resistance, and it was the will of the people of Gaza that led to the ceasefire.
According to the International group of Pakistan News Network, on the 49th day of the Gaza war and the first day of the four-day temporary ceasefire, Ismail Haniyeh, the head of the political office of the Hamas movement, said in a televised speech that the Mujahideen of resistance inflicted deep wounds on the enemy.
Haniyeh stated that the people of Gaza wrote the saga of resistance and stability; He added: “With pride and honor, we were able to confront the occupying enemy and destroy his will and desire and neutralize his plans.”
He emphasized: Martyrs are the price of freedom, liberation and independence; The enemy had counted on the release of his captives through gun barrels and mass murders; But he surrendered to the terms of resistance and it was the will of our noble people that led to the ceasefire agreement.
The leader of Hamas continued: We entered into difficult negotiations with the support of our brothers in Qatar and Egypt and managed it with responsibility and balance. We emphasize our commitment to implement the agreement as long as the enemy is committed to it; We are grateful to Qatar and Egypt and we want to continue the global efforts until our people can fulfill their demands.
He emphasized that Hamas will never give up its positions either in the middle of the war or after it, and strongly opposes the forced migration of Gazans, especially to Jordan and Egypt.
The head of the political office of Hamas continued to praise the resistance front in other countries and said: We salute the Islamic resistance in our brother country of Lebanon, which sacrificed dozens of martyrs in confronting the occupying enemy; We salute the Yemeni brothers and we salute the Iraqi resistance that participated in the battle with masculinity and courage.
The four-day ceasefire between the Zionist regime and the Hamas resistance movement in the Gaza Strip came into effect at 7:00 a.m. on Friday (local time).
In this regard, the correspondent of “Al-Mayadeen” network in Gaza today, Friday, November 24, and an hour after the beginning of the humanitarian ceasefire in Gaza, reported that the situation is relatively calm with the departure of fighters and drones loaded with missiles of the Zionist regime from the airspace of the Gaza Strip.
In the continuation of the report, Al-Mayadeen reporter said that the Palestinian refugees have come to the streets and other residents are going to the hospitals to treat the wounded and some are going to the graves to bury the bodies of the martyrs of last night.
According to al-Mayadeen report, fuel trucks have entered the Rafah crossing after weeks of seizure and siege. The intensity of the Israeli bombardment has decreased, but the occupiers have violated the ceasefire in East Rafah and Northwest Gaza.
