Israel is waiting for the negative consequences of the Hague Court.
Today, Saturday, January 6th, the Hebrew media described the situation in Tel Aviv as “difficult” before the meeting of the International Court of Justice to deal with Israel’s genocide in Gaza and called the consequences of The Hague’s decisions in this regard “negative”.

Haaretz reported that any decision by the International Court of Justice that Israel committed genocide in Gaza would have “significant negative moral consequences.”

This Hebrew newspaper further emphasized that the decision of the Hague Court in this regard enables the prosecutor of the International Criminal Court to take action against senior Israeli officials.

Last week, South Africa filed a complaint against Israel’s genocidal actions in Gaza against the Palestinians and requested an interim order to stop Israel’s attacks on the Gaza Strip. The hearing of this case is scheduled to be held on January 11 and 12; So far, Malaysia and Türkiye have supported this complaint.

While the Israeli army continues to carry out criminal attacks against the people of Gaza for the 92nd consecutive day, the Tel Aviv Foreign Ministry has instructed its embassies to pressurize diplomats and politicians in their respective countries to oppose South Africa’s complaint.

In a report on the details of this complaint and its consequences, Kan TV channel wrote that the Palestinian Authority has secretly helped South Africa’s complaint at the Hague Court behind the scenes, fearing sanctions.

In another part of his report, Kahn revealed that “Israeli authorities are afraid of issuing a ruling by the Hague Court of Justice to stop military operations in Gaza.”
